We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have any defective items that you would like to return, you must notify us within 48 hours. We can not accept any return request if notified later than 48 hours.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Customer can decide on a refund to repurchase or repurchase with store credit . 


Preorders & shipping 

Clalinas want to make sure you're informed about our shipping process, especially since our inventory is coming from Pakistan. We're excited to offer a wide range of products in various sizes and colors, and styles and want to make it easy for you to order what you want.

 

 

*Pre-Order Processing Time*

Due to the high volume of orders, our processing time can vary. If an item is in stock and we have it on hand, we can ship it out within the 1-2 week time frame .

However, if the item needs to be ordered, majority of our site being preorder , our processing time can range from 1 to 5 weeks  

Please note that this timeframe does not include shipping time.

*Shipping Time*

After processing, we receive parcels , then will ship your order to you. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. You can expect an additional timeframe for shipping, which can range from a few days to several weeks. In total, the entire process can take anywhere from 7-14 days .

We understand that waiting for your order can be frustrating, and we want to keep you informed every step of the way. We'll do our best to provide updates on the status of your order. Setting clear expectations is important for both clalinas and our customers. According to Shopify's guidelines, having a reasonable basis for stating when a product will ship is crucial, and if we can't meet the promised date, we should notify or announce to our customers and provide a revised shipping date.
